The contracting legal entity, registration details, registered address and final consumer cancellation wording must be completed and legally reviewed before live payments are enabled.
1. About KoiFrame
KoiFrame turns a clear koi video into a finished portrait and can add selected details such as a logo, variety name or size. These terms apply when you access the service, create an account or purchase a portrait or portrait pack.
2. Your account and email
You are responsible for providing accurate details and protecting access to your account and email. Orders made with the same verified email address may be connected to one account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account is being used without permission.
3. Upload requirements
You must have the right to upload every video, image, logo and instruction you provide. Content must not infringe another person’s rights, be unlawful or contain malicious material. The quality of the result depends on what is clearly visible in the source video.
4. Portrait packs
One paid portrait allows one portrait creation. A portrait pack adds the stated number of portrait creations to the connected account. Pack prices, included tax and the applicable currency are shown before payment. Pack expiry, if any, will be stated before purchase and in the order confirmation.
5. Payment and invoices
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Applicable tax is included in the displayed total and itemised on the invoice. An order is confirmed only after payment has been verified. You are responsible for accurate billing and tax information.
6. The KoiFrame promise
If you are not happy with a result, you can ask us to check it. If we confirm that KoiFrame made a software mistake, we add one extra portrait to your account at no extra cost. This promise does not cover problems caused by source material that does not show enough usable detail.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Any statutory consumer rights continue to apply. Before immediate digital processing begins, KoiFrame will present any consent or acknowledgement required by applicable law. Refund requests are assessed according to the purchase status, applicable law and the information shown at checkout.
8. Use of finished portraits
You may use and share the finished portrait for personal or normal commercial presentation of the relevant koi. Rights in third-party logos and other supplied material remain with their owners. KoiFrame retains its underlying software, workflows, design system and service technology.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep KoiFrame available and secure but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, KoiFrame is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by incorrect source material, unauthorised uploads, third-party services or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
